The name plate got a little hot while patrolling the streets so it took a temp job filling space on the desk of an Iraqi's desk at the local police station. While there, the sign learned that "Povinelli" in Arabic means "person of many hand movements." The plaque enjoyed the nice laminate desktop and stains of English tea, thought the sent of hookah smoke and unbathed Iraqi police men was a bit much.
